I have no idea what "adjusting" his junk means, so I'm going with constantly breaking wind.

A man constantly "adjusting" 'his junk' hands down.

That depends---if he is childish about the fart---like sticking your head under the covers and trying to suffocate you with his nasty a s s smell, or running over to sit on your head and fart---that is definitely worse than adjustment.

However, if the adjustment factor is looking more like a case for a good ole shot of penicillin, with the tugging and the scratching, and looking like he needs a sweat band cuz the ball sweat is outta control---then the adjusting is worse than the fart.

I would be intrigued if he was constantly adjusting himself, so I guess I would have to go with breaking wind....

Breaking wind is the worst

both are pretty offensive. the adjusting problem would lead me to think there is something wrong in that area. the breaking wind would lead me to believe that he has no manners.
