Shoot them with .22 shorts. They have enough power to kill the rabbit but won't make holes in your driveway or pavers.
Rabbit stew ain't bad...

I'm with the shotgun crowd. But really...
Using a repellent doesn't work so good. Dogs yes, if they like to chase and catch. Cats maybe will work. Mine doesn't.
Put up a fence of chickenwire about 3' tall. That might not even work. Electric fence? Might do the trick.
