I believe you have to be 18 years old. It's the law in Tennessee, North Carolina. So 18.

18 years old. Minors cannot legally move out of their parents' home unless they are married. If you are 18, then you are no longer a minor.

As far as I know, 18 in most all states! But why would you want to do this? Are you a rebellious teen, or is there abuse going on in the home? If there is abuse going on, report it!
