I've never pawned anything before, and so I don't really know how it works. Are these things even "pawnable"?

Count on about 20% of the actual value (not how much you paid in the first place). If they are old players, their actual value is probably pretty low. All of the items you mentioned depreciate very quickly.

Not much. You can buy a dvd player from a pawn shop for under $20...so I would imagine you wouldn't get more than $3-$5 for the pawn.
