I'm a long-time Simpson's fan. The show has really dropped off in humor and creativity in the last couple of seasons. I was hoping the movie would recapture some of the shows glory days, but it was just a long, drawn out version of some of the more recent shows, complete with all the P.C. that has replaced the humor. What do you think?

It was okay and pretty funny but not as funny as some of the television episodes. It seemed a bit preachy at times about the environment and didn't focus enough on many of the supporting characters (Milhouse was too brief, Principal Skinner, etc.). It could have been better and I give it a grade of B. If there is a sequel, hopefully it will be better.

I enjoyed the movie, but the humor seemed very flushed out, I dont know what caused it, but it didnt recapture that feeling when you watch the show on TV

It was pretty good, but I would not call it a disappointment. It did feel very different from the TV show for some reason though

Haven't seen it yet. Since nothing they've done has ever sucked, I'm optimistic the movie will be good--at worst, O.K.
