many ways to answer this one....if she is going on a trip probably spend most of time at home and just living like a total slob maybe have a friend over. If the relationship ends then I will take some time to be alone and try to brace myself best I can for the inevitable tearful telephone call, email or knock on the door. If she should pass away I would take a long drive out in the country and dig a deep hole.

If by gone you mean die, I'd have to say I'd die with him cause I can't live without him. If you mean something else like gone for work or whatever, then I'd say that I'd just go back to bed. Goodnight!
