Out here in the heart land fuel is a biggy...takes more dollars to run a tractor all day than most people earn in a day. Then when you come home at night and turn on the TV it doesn't take long to decide moral decadence is another problem. And then there is all those folks crossing the river down south. That's kinda the view from out here.

The turning of this country into a Fascist nation. (This is happening while some are aware it is getting too big to fight).

Homeland Security is a big joke of the people as long as the Govt allows and even fights for open borders. (This many be a lost cause as the Govt is bound and determind to form the NAU-but will get a fight here from the public). The situation in the ME is creating much resentment toward this once admired country.

All the basics of the Constitution guaranteeing us certain unalieable rights, and including the media as formed to inform citizens of Govt actions(not be bought out) and of course Congress to establish checks & balances(but powerful forces are intimidating them now).

The Govt is aware of these trends and thoughts of the people and I only hope and pray they don't really do something too drastic to bring us under subjection.

Power shift to the executive.

Reliability/trustworthiness of the vote

Overblown financial influence on all elections and congressional actions.

Without balance of power, the confidence that our votes are all counted fairly, and the hope that you don't have to have a lot of money to be heard, none of the other issues really make a difference.
