My drug test came back negative but there was a "faint-line for THC". I found a medical journal that says NSAIDs may cause false positives for THC. I take Indomethacin and Naproxen. What if my P.O. doesn't accept them as causing false positives? What are my rights when a positive comes up? Do I have a right to get it tested in a laboratory to find if it is a false or true positive? I am on probation.

The best thing to do is to get a letter from both your physician and your pharmacist to present to your PO. Keep copies of the letters for your attorney.

Yes I know for a fact naproxone and Aleve do show up as Thc, I've failed numerous times for this reason. If you take it at least 24hrs before your fine but anytime after that you will get a positive reading. Trust me I've been through this many times and know from experience. Hope this helped :)
