The Pope has been seen wearing red Prada shoes. That was just soooo hillarious that it got stuck in my head, because we all know who wears Prada, riiiight...? ;)

Small dogs have a useless set of twin anal glands that produces toxic poison if not cleaned regularly, most dogs can take care of this themselves but not your lapdog, so your vet, or groomer does this marvelous little extraction for the health of the animal and people who have small dogs and do not know this oddly unsettleing relativly useless tidbit injure the tiny animals by ignorant nelglect (gallstones, kidney damage, etc.,)
Kinda useful, but only to people with small dogs.
I'm trying to think of a really useless one, ohh...gravity pulls on your skin, you get wrinkles, that from my dermatologist, kinda redundant and useless.
