Personally I wouldn't mix the two, angels can get a bit nippish and would probably deal the Betta fits.

With a divider it would be fine though.

It is very high risk. Both Bettas and Angels are fairly nippy toward other long finned fish. By mixing two long finned fish that dislike long fins, you are mixing a recipe for disaster. If you have a divider, it would be okay, just give the Angel a larger amount of room. If you use a divider, you would need a 20-30 gallon tank for it to just be deep enough for the Angel's fins.

A divider is the only way to keep a betta with an angel fish. Angel fish are cichlids and will love the betta's tasty fins.

NoNoNo!!!! Whatever you do, don't put angelfish and bettas together. The angels will bite off the betta's fins. And practically kill them. And probably will end up doing so. As for two male bettas with a divider, yes but i would get a divider that wasn't clear. it might stress them a bit.

I wouldn't do it if I were you. It has worked for some people, but only those with particularly docile bettas. Their temperament varies with the individual fish. Angelfish are pretty aggressive, as are bettas, and they probably wouldn't be compatible. A divided tank would be an excellent idea.

Personally I would say no but I have heard that they can co-exist but only with great caution as the betta may attack the angelfish. As for a divided tank.....yes. Here is the link is listed below for a divided tank for bettas.

Your bettas won't mind the angels until your angels munch on your bettas nice fins. A divider would work.

Bad idea. I would not put a Betta in with any fish that has long fins. They will attack each other. Yes, they are okay with a divider or you will be flushing a fishy soon.

angelfish are aggressive. and so are Betta's. Betta's are very VERY territorial. so 15 gallons should be enough to give the Betta some space. However the angelfish is aggressive and will fight with the Betta then the Betta will fight back then before you know it, fins are torn, and one will probably die. pretty dramatic stuff.

Yes you can keep them together, If you put a divider. The Betta fighting fish will bite all the fins of the other fish till they die. Although they are beautiful fish, they are very aggressive fish, Best to be left to their self, like a gold fish bowl. Good luck with your fish
