All I know is that you have to be 18 to buy, smoke, or possess in any other way, any form of tobacco, via cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, etc. Otherwise it is considered illegal and is a felony.

You may not smoke in ANY business, restaurant, office, etc. You may not smoke within 50 feet of a building's entrance, INCLUDING SOMEONE's HOME. You must be 18 to both purchase and to possess tobacco products.
