People don't sit next to me, I lose my friends, I eat alone, I'm probably going to live alone, they say I am beautiful, but once they smell me they try to destroy me with words. They think that I don't keep good hygiene. Life is unbearable. People tease me alot, even adults complain about my presence. i don't blame them. My doctors don't have knowlegde about these things so they think I'm mental. There is no way OUT. For 25 years of my life.
Trimethylamine causes an offensive body odor that resembles rotting eggs and is released in the person's sweat, urine and breath, giving off a strong fishy odor. People affected with TMAU may produce more sex cells like sperm, and will have diarrhea. There also may be additional metabolic problems such as mood swings associated with TMAU.
"People think this disease is a laughing matter, but for the people who have it, it is not. This syndrome can be highly destructive to a person's personal and social life and to their work and career,"

No all Doctors Care About the Lower Classes. We just take up space. I can't afford good doctors.

You shouldn't give in and feel bad for something you or anyone else has no control of. Don't give up and educate people about this disease. Try asking different doctors and do research on which doctor can help or conduct research for this disease. Never give up for some one some day will find the underline problem and hopefully a cure. Teach and educate others not to tease or feel down for those who have this. But let me recommend something that my family back home says cleanses the body and especially cleanses the stomach. It is castor oil. I also read somewhere that flax seeds are good for our bodies cells. Now you should make sure with your doctor that it is okay for you to drink castor oil, and eat flax seeds for any medical reasons. I am only recommending castor oil and flax seeds from families experience with it, and I am not a doctor nor do I have medical experience. I also recommend that you seek advice from a natural healer, through all natural remedies. Do research on your options because there’s hope for everyone. Don’t give up and good luck.

. Two things
1 It is possible that traditional Chinese medicine may be able to help you. I had life-long bronchitis and just five 4 ounce bags of herbs that made horrible tasting tea improved my condition to where I didn't have an attack for 5 years and then only when I got careless.
The other thing involves karma.
When ordinary means cannot help you, you must change your karma. This is no theory either because my life has been radically changed for the better once I accepted the concept of karma. The next question is how to improve it. I found out about SGI-USA. They teach people to change their karma. Tina Turner did it that way.

You have a variety of options.
Being sensitive about the criticisms and rudeness of others is a good place to start and something that you can work on. Your issue is not permission for the world to treat you without respect. Anyone who teases you is likely incapable of dealing with their own emotions, I wouldn't waste a minute on them anyway.
If you were to address the basic human fears of being alone and boredom, you will likely find that your situation will not seem anywhere near as bad as it feels at the moment. That resolves the social aspect.
With so many ways to earn a living, you actually have a greater variety of options for the future.
When you can see your situation as a positive rather than a negative, the quality of your life will improve.

i would suggest, if you havent, checking out some of the diet information for TMAU, as its due to the body not breaking down this, and thus causing the smell,. so eliminating some foods might help, keep in mind that anything other then natural home cooked foods contain many ingredients, so you really have to read labels to know what you are eating, for instance, if you want to eliminate eggs, you have to check the bread and cakes etc that you buy, to see if they contain any egg products , so learn what contains the trimethylamine, and try to avoid it ,
do make sure and research as new things/ideas are developed everyday
yes, it is genetic, and difficult to live with, if you havent seen mentioned in anything you read or advice given, may i suggest baking soda baths, and baby powder, these two things can do alot to help many odors temporarily,
i dont think any intelligent person would think this disease a laughing matter, so just ignore the ignorant ones , best of luck to you

I like Generalist's idea relating to natural remedies. Herbs, acupuncture, reflexology, therapeutic massage and other nontraditional healing disciplines might just do for you what traditional medicine has not been able to cure. Regarding the bodywork methodologies, they use aromatherapy as part of the massage process, so they will be able to overcome any malodorous scents and actually come in contact with you without concern for your dis-ease. Definitely look into it.

2% of people have a poor sense of smell. They'll always be available to be your friends. Don't worry.

I realize that what I am going to suggest will seem sarcastic but it is not meant to be. I obviously don't have an answer to your affliction but maybe here is a suggestion that you may want to ponder.. go where the body odor is not offensive. there are many parts of the world where you would fit in and be noticed not by your odor but by your conduct. while body odor is offensive to people in the western world.. it is expected in the middle east.. good luck

You can kill yourself, become a hermit or live with it.
Not all life's choices are as easy as "Red sauce or green?".
Life sucks.
Unless you typed thay message with a stick held in your teeth, there are people worse off than you. Most are better off than you, though.
I'm not laughing. I can't think of anything good to say. Find a woman who can't smell, maybe.
