As a flight attendant, I can tell you that it depends on the market, time of day and class of service.
In general, however, in the morning, it's coffee and/or orange juice. Anytime after that, it's Pepsi or 7-up. If it's an older clientele, tomato juice (no ice) is tops.
Out of Orange county, CA. it's coffee, half caffe, half decaffeinated, Orange juice with TWO ice cubes, and a sparkling water, one glass with ice and a lime, one empty cup. In economy on a 59 minute flight.

Nothing b/c I don't like to pee on a plane, therefore I stay away from the liquids. Then again, I've never flown longer than an hour and a half, so a longer ride might be a diff. story.
