This hotel is a CG work of art. all-though scenes from the show Las Vegas are routinely film at the Mandalay Bay along with other sets made to look like Vegas.

The Montecito is a fictional hotel that is "CGI"d in the opening credits of NBC's "Las Vegas" show starring James Cann and Josh Duhamel. It is fictionally placed across the street from the Mandalay Hotel. There is a cheap mini-mall and basically an empty lot there now.

Las Vegas is probably the most fascinating and engaging city on the planet and with hotelbye you will see out more. Nowhere else in the world you will discover a town that's most of the vacation amenities that just a complete resort destination could possibly offer: magnificent casino accommodations, fine dining, great live activity and state-of-the artwork tradition and business show facilities. Las Vegas happens to be a spectacular city and exactly what you would assume from the world-class city, and more, is below for the vacation pleasure. One of many places you need to visit in Las Vegas could be the Fremont Street, a pedestrian place with all kinds of special sites.

It was a fake casino made up for the TV show Vegas.
But it's based on Mandalay Bay where they originally filmed some episodes.
