do 20-30reps 2-4 sets. dont do all at once. and all you need is to do them 3 times a week because muscle grows between workouts when you rest.
if you do them every day you wont get desirable results.

I am a Marine and we workout pretty hard sometimes. A good workout to do is what my Gunny calls the five minute ab workout, because it takes roughly five minutes. If you cannot do this all at once, it's OK. Give yourself a few weeks and you'll be surprised at your improvement.

You can either do this by yourself, by sticking your feet under the couch, or something heavy to hold your feet down, or do it with another person, and have them hold your feet while you do it and vis versa.

Do one hundred crunches, stopping as little as possible to recover. Take a 30 second break or let your partner do his. Then do two sets of 50, a 30 second break in between them. Do two sets of 25 with breaks, and then just do two sets of ten with breaks.

This is one of my favorite ab exercises in the world! I'm like jello after I do this, and it hurts like hell the next couple days. Pain is good! It lets you know you've done something good for yourself. Good luck!

marine's probably right...that's pretty crazy!!! just tried and its' really hard..maybe im doin something wrong but it puts strain on my neck?

what i like to do is do 50 crunches and take a short break, then do 25 sit-ups and take a break, then do 50 'butt-ups' and take a break, then 10 crunches and finally followed by two sets of 30 second 6-inch holds.
