Is it possible to come back to a new life & meet then marry a spouse from a past life?

yea actually i watched a recent episode of Montel where he had this lady named sylvia who is psychic.... alot of people asked her is they lived in previous lives, n she told them that they did, and they were actually married to their current spouses......... so i think that yes it is possible =)

Certain theories of reincarnation put forth that there are clusters of souls that tend to reincarnate in groups, primarily due to sharing inter related karma. Hence, once the mother...may in another life be the son. This is also a theory to explain deja vu. Love can carry strong karmic aspects and therefore, yes, replaying the roles in order to rectify past bad karma, or enjoy anew good karma is totally feasible.

If reincarnation occurs, then yes it would be possible. Since we don't know whether or not it occurs, we cannot say with any certainty.
Some would call what you mention as being a soul mate...someone from a past life we are drawn to in another life (not necessarily due to the romantic aspect, but just that they are drawn to one another for some reason).

There is a theory that groups of souls travel through time together. In this manner, one could be in a number of relationships within the group. Like any spiritual belief, there is little hard evidence and one takes a position based on faith.

It's possible. I know I've known my BF from a past life... whether or not he was my husband, I don't know.
