I love this question because really, you have to stop and think about it. In no way do I equate gracefulness with weakness. I despise women who insist on beating everyone over the head with demonstrations of their strength.
Grace is calmness, sensitivity, equanimity, dignity and perserverence in the face of life's challenges.
One other thing I believe: the ability to be true to one's beliefs and purposes, no matter the cost or consequence.
Silent self-assuredness.

I'd like to say simply by being a woman, but that isn't always the case, albeit, it helps.
For me, grace runs a lot deeper than cordial & ladylike behaviour. I've known clumsy people that were full of grace, even in their clumsiness. Have you ever seen a graceful clown? A good clown is full of grace.
I think a woman can lead a graceful life by being wise & not taking herself too seriously.
But what do I know, I'm a man.

I think it's if she has a good balance between Angelic and human sides. Angelic being spiritual, a good listener, non judgmental. And human being well groomed, and coy, beautiful in her own way. If you have a good balance between these things you can be graceful to others, others will see you as graceful and you can lead a more graceful life. But keep in mind that bettering yourself is an eternal climb. You get better everyday with a little effort.

What is wrong with clean, strong and honest? I find those things very attractive.. there is much grace inbedded in the truth. Just be who you are and let it be good enough or not. as long as you are happy with yourself, let the world be as it is. living your own life happily.. now thats grace.

Gracefullness is a fallacity in the face of all of what is happenning in the world....Maybe you want to lead a fullfilling meaningful existance one that your children's children can enjoy...
