Let me rephrase my question damnit.
Anyone in San Antonio used to be a punk rocker?

I see a kid with a mohawk every now & then, but I had an 8 inch blue hawk and DIY jacket, I work but still go to shows in San Marcos.
Anyone else feel like forming a tribe?
All this growing up crap's getting old.

No emos! No "all punks are dead" bullshit.

I resent that remark, Ms.Kat. I love hardcore old time Rock n Roll from the late 70s and 80s and I still rock to AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Blondie, The Ramones, etc...and anyone that even sounds like them. I enjoy a good show and shame on you, Ms.Kat for being old before your time. You are only as old as you feel. Apparently you're too old.

I would love to go rock on, but having teens, I kinda have to play mom right now and make sure they don't turn my hard earned money's investment (my home) into a poophole. But, ever so once and awhile you'll find me out at LaTuna or Jack's listening.

I used to be...but then I realized that a 30 year old person going to punk shows would be a little bizarre. Those kids do not want to see people almost as old as their parents rockin out with them. I still have my CDs and annoy people with them. I think punk is alive for younger kids and I'm done with my punk-capades. Just my opinion. Plus you won't find any rockers on here really. Keep attending shows and see if you meet people hardcore like you.

Awww sorry girl I wasn't trying to offend. Yes I feel too old for my age but I am a teacher so it has kinda forced me to calm down. Sorry to p!ss you off. Just voicing my opinion and isn't that what punk is all about? You kinda go against it by attacking me for how I feel...I think.

I'm not in San Antonio, but punk was old when I was in my teens in the 80s. Perosnally, I don't really consider anyone "punk" unless they were doing it in the late 70s.
