In the rubbish bin what the heck is the thing at the bottom supposed to say? PLEASE HELP!!!!!! The words are confusing me!

It's a clue to one of the scrapbook items--go to the "fan sites" section. On a middle shelf to the far right there is a small box. Click on it five times and you will get the scrapbook item: Very early draft of Philosopher's Stone (Page 1)

Had to check the Harry Potter Lexicon, they've got instructions on all the scrapbook items. The solution you're asking about concerned the 8th scrapbook item. If you follow the instructions they give, you should get most of the items with ease. The only one I'm having problems with is the 12th item, but that's because I can't draw the blasted lightning bolt even with seeing it.
