Your fish is most likely constipated. You should not feed the fish for a day and then offer it high fiber food such as a softened green pea with the hull removed. After a day or so things should improve.
If that doesn't do the trick you are most likely facing a swim bladder infection. This will require treatment with an antibiotic. Furnace is the best choice for this treatment but if that's not available you can use tetracycline. I woud also suggest you feed him antibiotic foods during the treatment to help speed up the cure.
Hope that helps

This happened to my fish.
You should take some of your water plants out of the tank if you have any and ask someone at a pet store about what to put in water [for the fuzzy stuff, even though it's gone].
Your fish will probably live as long as it's supposed to but the swimming won't change.
This might not be the case but it was for me.

I think your goldfish had fungus, and it wasnt treated i dont think it would go away just like that. It may have evolved and be affecting your fish I would do like a waterchange. The floating may be a sign of dying im sorry to say I am not an expert on fungus sorry someone else will have to help you from there. :[ good luck with your goldfish though :]

This is all due to temperature change. If you have a quarantine tank then put the goldfish in that tank for 2-3 days.

I believe that it has a fungal disease. I'm not sure, but I have heard of fish with disease, and dying. It's also true that they can blow up, but hopefully that's not the case.
It is dying, ='[
You should take it to a local pet shop, and maybe you should take it away from the other fish, just in case.

I wish you luck
