i have done some smaller boat design before. so,i suggest you build a small scale ark first.see how it floats and reacts to wind and waves.
well,i would bring a pair of macrell fish.why,once they populate. the fish are rich in omega 3.and since life i guess would be starting over again. their wouldn't be any doctors around.
