Yeah, I brush first. It's not a rule, just a courtesy. I though only people on tv woke up with perfect hair, make-up, and breath.

no kissing before brushing...haha...when i wanted to kiss, i never think of brush my teeth or even take some mints candy...if i want to kiss, then i must kiss right now...it just goes with my feeling...
