All that matters is what in the inside..their persanality.
Why would a guy [if the case] want to get a pretty skinny girl when she is bratty and mean.? Think abou that...When he can get someone normal but with a great spirit!

Do you mean for people or what? I think it does if you are talking about people, I know that I want to always be in shape. But more than half of our population is obesse. So I think that we can assume it doesn't matter to a lot of people.
