It would help if you knew what type of creatures these were, all frogs will eat crickets or other insect that can be purchased at pet shops, and will probably need to be kept in a plastic or glass terrarium or aquarium with water about 3 or 4 inches deep, with 1/3 of the floor space covered with rocks that rise above the water, or the things that you can buy for critter hideaways, try and make sure that the crickets or whatever are placed on the dry objects nt in the water. The turtle is a little more involved, you will need a different cage form the frogs because he will probably tryy and bite them eventually and since you love them...
the turtle should have water about 5 inches deep and a decent sized rock for sunning himself and a lamp if he is inside, will probably eat earthworms if you dangle them in the water, but when autumn comes, you will have to either set the animals free or bring them in side with more approriate accomidations...
The best thing you can do, especially with all those frogs, is release them back into the wild because they do not know how to survive in a cage if they are from the wild, but if you wanted to get some from a pet store you should do that instead, i can persoanlly guarantee that soe of the frogs will die...
From experience, try and release them for their sake, they were in the willd and that is where they belong.

You can find food for both frogs and turtles at any pet store. If they refuse to eat bought food, try to feed them worms, goldfish, and bugs.

Please take them back. Most wild-caught animals make poor pets and even with the right food and homes are mostly likely just going to die.
