No, not if he never knew. My advice is that if you've done something horrible to betray him (which cheating is) and you realize this and would never do it again, then take that secret to the grave with you, and don't ever cheat again. It may hurt you a little to keep this secret locked inside, but hell it's selfish to expect that you would throw this pain on him with some expectation he will then forgive you. Instead it will hurt him, hold back your relationship (and possibly end it).
Better to not hurt the one you love, in my opinion. Telling can only cause harm.

I think any husband would be hurt if he found out that his wife is a lying, cheating, disease carrying, lower than dirt, pathetic piece of garbage..

How would you feel if the roles were reversed? Truthfully any person with any integrity would get eaten up with guilt over time so it's a very heavy price to pay for a short time of fun....

Don't kid yourself...people can tell when something is awry. The question is could I live with myself after being a selfish whore or a cheating slut? I don't think so.

yes it would still hurt him because people can generally tell when something is not right in their relationship even if they don't know what it is. And the truth tends to come out eventually anyway.
