Regulations -- Standard San Diego beach regulations apply, with the following modifications:

Alcohol consumption is permitted in Mission Bay Park areas and on beaches from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., except for Santa Clara Place, where alcohol consumption is prohibited at all times. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in parking lots.
Overnight camping is prohibited and it is unlawful to park a vehicle in Mission Bay Park between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. daily.
Glass containers of any kind are not allowed in the park.
Dogs are allowed on Fiesta Island off leash at any time. In the summer, access to Fiesta Island after 10:00 PM is limited to pedestrians because the gate at the entrance to Fiesta Island is closed overnight. Dogs are allowed in the park on leash anywhere in Mission Bay Park before 9:00AM and after 6:00PM. Dogs are prohibited from being in the park between the hours of 9:00AM and 6:00PM. Park Rangers and park users ask that dog owners pick up after their dogs, and "leave only paw prints behind."

There are many of passions to pursue in San Diego and that hotelbye is the place to start finds what San Diego must offer. In the San Diego vacation you will step outside of one's comfort zone and you will explore new activities while you are here and you could only find that finding a brand new goal is definitely an adventure in itself. One of many areas should see from San Diego is Balboa Park. That park has over a 1400 acre and here you can find famous houses, numerous museums, gardens, and natural space. The park was made for the Panama California Exhibition of 1915-1916. The prevalent structure is Spanish-Mexican model, minimal stage buildings that merge with the normal surroundings. On the list of shows of the park are the Botanical Gardens and lily pool, the Museum of Man, the Museum of Natural History, the San Diego Museum of Art, and the popular San Diego Zoo. Even although you never get into a building the park is simply a lovely place.

You can only sleep in a tent on the beach during the day, no overnight camping. There are several public and private campgrounds where you can camp in a tent overnight, but you have to pay. Only homeless bums are allowed to sleep on the beach at night, and they have to move every few hours when the beach patrol makes them get up. They do not stay in tents, but simply wrap up in blankets.

I see them a lot when I stay at the condo I rent on the beach.
