Duh! BAD ADVICE!
Absolutely do NOT do a websearch for Talent Agencies.

Talent Agencies are NOT allowed to advertise, any talent agency you find by Google, yellow pages, etc, will be a SCAM.

Call Lord & Taylor or Macy's and ask them to recommend a modeling agency in D.C.
