Yes it is because anything your heart leads you to is going to make you smile. You can't regret anything that makes you smile.

I continuously persist with my heart. specifically once you're in a relationship, once you start up listening to your recommendations issues shrink to rubble. What we would think of lots of the time is in simple terms incorrect. I attempt to no longer use my recommendations whilst it contains concerns the place thoughts are in touch. Following your heart is the appropriate thank you to flow and in case you ask your heart some thing it delivers basically a million answer, yet once you get you recommendations in touch then there are subjects and you def do no longer know what to do. :)

Nope. I don't believe in "following your heart" so much as "following your brain" because you can't think wtih your heart. When you think you're following your HEART, you're really using your brain and its love for snap decisions. Sometimes, these decisions screw me over... like how I'll change lanes on the highway to speed up, but in the end, I switched over to a slower one. Not a good decision on my part.

Generally speaking I would say yes. You have to temper following your heart with some insight and reason..

I always follow my heart, but sometimes, it can lead me in the wrong direction. its not a bad thing, but it can do some damage. just do what you feel is best whether it's good or bad.

I used to combine "Heart & Desire" which isn't a good thing.
Once I could separate "Heart from Desire" then I found it is a sacred thing.

No, your heart may lie to you. Or lead you to what you want and not what you need.
