Yes, but just barely. Depending on certain factors though, you may still have to retake the class to get a higher grade. If you are on a scholarship of any kind, you'll probably lose it. Ask your academic advisor for more details

What the transcripts are going to show is your GPA not just one grade. Most employers will look at the GPA, so if you get one or two low grades in your college career its no big deal.

D is passing, it means unsatisfactory, barely passed but you get one unit for the D.
