I generally feed the family between the time of 6-7:00 while I usually eat a vegetable salad before bedtime.

We normally eat together since it is just the two of us now, but when the children were home, we had varying schedules and sometimes ate at different times. Also when I went back to school and worked nights, we ate at different times.

We always ate togather especially if I was off(work) I think
that is very important it creates the family bonds. At the very least makes them even stronger. Have a GREAT NIGHT!
