Hm...
I'd have more of a talk with him. He shouldn't be with her if this is the way he thinks of her. You should make the point that divorce is going to be a lot messier and costlier with kids in the picture.
If you tell his wife... I'm not sure she'd believe you. Or, maybe she already knows what a jerk he is (I suspect she does) and just really wants kids? Thing is, you can't work other people's lives out for them. They have to lead them themselves and work with the consequences themselves. Some people really shouldn't be parents, and some people shouldn't be together, but as a 3rd party, what can you do, other than try to get this guy to be honest about what he feels and wants?

BAD thing! He will always resent her, and his reluctance to be a father will leave lasting scars on the kid, (or KIDS as sometimes result from fertility treatments!) He needs to be honest with her, and quick. You should encourage him to be honest, and if he doesn't maybe you should spill the beans to her. And if he feels that way, they should probably split before it's too late. They obviously want different things from life.

Yeah...I would tell her. It would be better for her to find out now than for him to leave her for another woman that didn't want kids...(after he let her have a couple of her own to 'shut her up'.) She will end up raising them by herself if he doesn't want to be a dad.

Dang!!! you should make him tell her cuz if they are on fertility drugs they will probably have more then one baby and that could be disastrous for them and the marriage.

wow. tough one. normally i'd say stay out of b/c once the child is born he'll probably change his tune but... this guy's an *sshole. how about telling him to tell his wife the truth or you will. if you're willing to lose his friendship, go for it but, be prepared to lose them both.

I say tell her. It will save her a lot of heartache later. She may not thank you when you tell her...but she probably will down the road.

Why would you get involved in another man's marriage...
I'd probably kick your *** if I was your friend and you told my wife something that I told you in confidence.
