Belle Rose- I think it's lovely. My only reservation is that many of my friends have dogs named Bella... so I don't see it as a human name anymore.
Luna Rowan- Oh I can just hear those mean kids now... looney rowin!
Iris Cleone- I love this. It's like a superstar name.
Melanie Elaine- These don't flow well together, and both names are awful.
Kudos to you on creativity. I'm sure your that whatever you name your daughter, she will stand out from all the rest of the girls.

Rowan Elaine, sorry, I don't like the other combos. Although if I had to pick, Bella Rose is ok.

Iris Cleaone just sounds too 'old' to me.
Melanie Elaine is like the same name twice with the letters mixed up, more or less.
Luna Rowan - Luna makes me think "moon" so no. Rowan I've only heard as a boy's name personally.
Bella Rose - it's pretty yet it makes me think of horse racing for some strange reason. (Sorry!)
How about Malaina Rose - it's a twist on Melanie (Ma-lay-na)? Beautiful!
