I did my Masters in the UK, at a very reputable university, one of the leading in the field of advertising.
Should I mention this in my resume, next to the University's name, or would that sound arrogant?

No -- don't mention them

You want to be confident, not arrogant. Chances are, your employer will know that your university's program was one of the best, so you needn't mention it. Just mention that you have your degree from whatever institution you attended, and if you had a good GPA, you might mention that (but never after you have gotten your first major job in your field).

No, most companies want to know that you have a degree, not a bio on the school. If an employer is curious they will ask. Until; then keep it out of the resume.

It it has a good rep, people will be able to find out if they are interested. Ie. if you went to Cambridge, we all know that's a good school. Don't mention it, not appropriate.
