It's nice & heartwarming to hear it, but try different ways of saying it and more importantly, showing it.

I was in a relationship like that a few years ago. Everytime I turned around he was telling me he loved me and it bothered me a lot because although I had feelings for him I guess I wasnt ready for that depth. Is this a long-term relationship? or a better question is have you been together long? I woud say that generly speaking it depends on the person receiving the "I love you's" I think after time it might not loose meaning but it will become reputisious. Maybe showing her you love her in small ways will do the trick?

If someone hears I love you .. all the time over and over, it does lose its meaning to some degree.. but you can show them how you feel and how much you love them without saying the words.. show it by your actions

if you say i love you too much it loses the effect.
HOwever, you can show it with flowers or holding the door for her, etc.
You could send a card to her at work just to say ily and stuff like that, but too much seems like a routine that has no meaning.
