Only parrots and certain birds can be trained to say exactly what you say. The only way people will say what you say is if what you said is true, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, if it is good for them to say it. It could be TRUTH that is not relevant to them, and they would not waste their time.
Try to take Leadership courses. There are lots of tips on how to handle this,
