The Interpet range of fish medicines is good, and they do one for swim bladder. It comes in a bottle and you just measure it out and add it to the water.
Do a water change first and remember to take the carbon out of the filter (the cartridges) because this will take the medication back out the water!!! Leave the filter running to purely oxygenate the tank. Sometimes its too late for them, but get it asap and give it ago. There is a leaflet which comes with it which will give you any other tips for that.
Good luck :)

Try the pea treatment mentioned above first, it's possible your fish is simply constipated and if so that will clear it up. Canned or frozen peas work just as well, just squeeze them out of the hull and into the tank. 2-3 should do the trick within a day.
If that doesn't solve the swimming problems then your fish probably ha a swim bladder infection. If that's the problem, you will need antibiotics to cure it. I would recommend Furanase or Furan-2 in combination with medicated antibacterial fish food. If those two antibiotics are not available to you, you can try tetracycline (such as Maracyn TC). You can cure it, but you will need to treat fairly quickly to do so. Just follow the directions on the package.

Swim bladder can often be treated by feeding blanched peas. It develops in goldfish from high ammonia and nitrite levels. Test your water and do more water changes. If your water is bad, you won't be able to cure your fish.

You have to get a special solution from the pet shop. I did, mind, but they still died.
