I'm obviously not expecting anything dramatic, but my boobs are a DD and sometimes I just wish they were a bit smaller. Other than getting plastic surgery is there other ways of bringing them down in size a bit?

It would be very unhealthy for me to lose pounds. I'm one of those rare cases where I'm a 34 DD. Some people would say I'm lucky, but I'd like to decrease to a C or lower D. If I lost anymore pounds I'd look like unhealthy skinny Nicole Richie, I'm not doing that.

Surgery is the only way to go for you. Even working out and losing weight may not decrease your breast size (depending if your breasts are mainly fatty tissue or dense breast tissue). You can get it covered by insurance (mine covered mine 100% Feb 2006).

How old are you BTW?

(and no, just because people are bigger than a D does NOT mean they have "a few pounds extra")

Losing weight or surgery. You get what your DNA tells you. And I don't reccommend losing weight just to make them smaller, it's not particularly healthy. Just get a sturdy bra and make the best of it.

I got the same issue - and I am small & thin. The bigger problem for me is the back pain - around my neck and shoulders. I'm seriously considering going under the knife.
