Exactly where a person who Drives under the influence SHOULD be. She's taking a 2 ton weapon and essentially aiming it at anyone in her way. She obviously doesn't care about anyone that she may kill with her expensive car. Maybe some time in the can will be the slap in her face that will get her act together so that she realizes that no matter WHO she THINKS she is, she's no beter than any other drunk who drives a vehicle. She's a criminal and JAIL is where she belongs. These spoiled rich kids seem to think that the laws of our World don't apply to them. That just because they're RICH and famous that they are entitled to a free pass. Look at it this way. Would YOU want to be in the car when her or one of the other spoiled rich kids runs into YOU going 80 miles an hour? Oh yeah, YOUR name will make the National news for a week or so BUT, I think I'd much rather be alive and an unkown, than be dead and famous for just one week.

I really think she is afraid of being without cigarettes and drugs more than anything. She smokes like 2 packs a day, and now she won't have any at all; I'm not a smoker, but I would bet that's a big part of her fear.

56 days of which 6 days is supposed to have been served already. She has the option of going to a city jail where it is obviously much better than the county jail. At least we wont have to hear her cry for her mommy.

I think it's funny. That rascist b****. She said when asked by a cop, "No, the black kid was driving." Her father said nothing should be done to his precious baby. I really think it is the funniest thing I've ever heard. Lindsay needs a reality check. Maybe prison will do that for her.

Throw away the key!! Ok, she's not as annoying as Paris, but she needs to be incarcerated before she kills herself and/or someone else.

Can i cry? (sniff, sniff) nooooooooooo poor thing, i have always loved her how am i suppose to cope with this............. I do hate the fact that she carries cocaine that makes me mad and she should learn how to drive better or not at all, she should stick with movies only and someone should drive her to every place.

I hadn't heard that she was sentenced yet but I don't think she'll get much jail time.
