It's on the left side just above the neck.
It stays there for 2/3 hours and goes away.

Going off what I know, it may be a few things. If you're in an awkward position it may be making blood circulation to your body harder as it's being focused in other areas. However if you're just in a normal position it may also be your theory about high blood pressure do to the adrenaline in your body forcing your heart to pump faster. If the pain is last that long you may want to look into it as it could be serious when the head isn't recieving blood.

You may want to try stretching a bit before starting next time and taking it a bit easier.

Did you know the right side of the brain controlls the left side of your body?

and left controls right...

its true you know...

So using your right hand is probly just straining your head thats all. Try taking a break from masturbating or take it abit easy...

If problems persist, see a doctor, But this shouldent be nothing serous.

It could very well be high blood pressure, you didn't say what happens when you use your left hand.
