Difficult to say what is causing the blue.

If insufficient memory were the answer, you will probably have gotten an error message of sorts. Something has probably corrupted your computer.

If you are good with the computer, try going into the Startup Configuration Utility and see what types of software may be corrupting the system at startup. Or do a CTRL-ALT-DEL and click the processes tab.

If you have no experience with computers, but are just a user, I suggest you take it to a competent repair shop.

You will get zillions of answers. Total blue after you use Norton could mean that you you don't have enough RAM to have Norton do its thing.

Some places will say (and the company or course) will say its the motherboard. 9 times out of ten it will be your memory.... not the virus. Go to Best Buy.... spend $80.00 and they will tell you the same.

Udate your antivirus and scan your coputer in safe mode. After you remove virus, I recommend you use firefox browser. It is safer than IE. It can prevent viruses such as worm, trojan and etc. The newest official edition of firefox can be downloaded from http://www.mollzia.com
