first of all i need to know more details but i think you ve got blaster virus , and i suggest you a temprory solution which is :
1.go to start menu
2.got to the run
3. type " shutdown -a"
for a temprory this can solve your prob but if you need to fix it up , you need to install a anti virus .

Frankly, no. WHat I would start with is this:

1. Remember back to when the problem first started. Did you load any new software??? etc, etc. If you did, uninstall it and see if the problem goes away.

2. Does the problem occur at the same point every time??? The same web site, the same function?

3. Update all your drivers to include especially the video driver.

4. Check your computer's web site and see if this is a common problem that someone has found a fix for.

Good Luck

Not a clue here. It could be a number of things. My advice is to go to pcpitstop.com and run their free diagnostic tests. It only takes about 10 minutes.....or less. I've been using the site for years, and it's helped me fix alot of things, and to get the best performance from my computer. No hassels......no money.......no spyware. great site.
