Firstly, as others have said, not all famous blacks do as you've said. (I like what one of the people above said about "skirting". I completely agree with her.)
Secondly, I disagree with those who are saying that racism is most often the case. Logic suggests otherwise. First of all, there is no proof that most famous blacks who claim racism are doing so because they've actually experienced it. And second of all, the authorities generally aren't going to "bite the hands that feed them" so to speak. (Note that I said "generally", thereby NOT claiming that famous blacks are never targets of racism.) Think about it: Who do the authorities work for? Our government. Are there any "rogue elephants" in law enforcement? Of course. However, from the time they "clock in" to the time they "clock out", they do our government's bidding... Our government isn't going to risk throwing away the many, many, many tax dollars they collect from rich black people for the sake of collecting court costs and fines that are small by comparison and/or for the sake of seeing a black person "go down". Give me a break. They would much rather use their energy by picking on poor black people who can't afford decent representation and who, in their eyes, have nothing to offer them.
It's a shame that anyone would "cry racism" without reason, as it takes attention away from situations in which racism really is a problem.

Generalizing at it's finest! So your saying that every single famous black person who is accused of crimes claims it's because of racism? Sounds like your making assumptions, although some might do that it's probably because it might be racism or their trying to get out of the crime.

There is a problem with racism in America. There are people who target famous black people with hate and racism.
Every famous black person does not do this claim this.

I don't think it's just black celebrities. I've noticed that, when any celebrity is accused or charged with a crime, many try to skirt around it as much as possible. In recent events, in a situation involving Lindsay Lohan, the incident involving her driving down her last assistant, has her trying to place blame on other people present. Winona Ryder tried to skirt the shoplifting accusation. For some black celebrities (not all), I guess the "race card" is their way of skirting the accusation.

In re: to practise – there's a disparity because of the fact of financial ameliorations, no longer race. colleges right here in OH are funded with the aid of property taxes which potential people who stay greater prosperous cities get greater useful colleges. It in order that occurs that maximum inner cities listed right here are made up *frequently* of black human beings. yet my city, which occurs to be extremely prosperous, has extremely a huge black inhabitants as nicely. which you will assert that the project is racial shows lack of awareness of the better project. I don’t comprehend if the archives re: incarceration are actual or no longer. yet permit’s in simple terms assume that they are. that would not without delay advise the rationalization for it extremely is by technique of the fact “the black way of existence encourages being a thug and outlaw”. back, I ensue to comprehend a great number of very advantageous black adult men and females who do no longer dedicate crimes. There are different factors at play right here which I think of are particular to each and each community, and that's the place we'd desire to seek for the respond. i'm going to permit bill Cosby and different black leaders call out the black community for despite they could be doing incorrect. As for me, i won't have self belief or help all people who makes wide generalizations approximately any particular race in step with their lack of awareness or refusal to look on the actual matters.

a good reason to assume that it has to be racism is that black people like whites and arabs don't commit crimes.
or just maybe, people do commit crimes and if you call it racism that is suppose to excuse the criminal act.
Tell you what, next time you catch someone committing a crime, video the act, post it on the web and see if the world calls it racism or a criminal act.

Unfortunately if you check the FBI crime statistics you will learn that per capita more blacks commit crimes. The black community's only defense has to be "You're racist". Otherwise it would mean that as a black race in America, they are a failure!

Every little bit helps! Why not use all of your options, right. This technique also serves to redirect focus away from the actual crime, doesn't it. I would use this strategy as well regardless of validity if I thought it would help my case. It's similar to saying you were abused as a child to get out of a sexual assault or pedophile case.
