There are at least four widely accepted IQ tests with widely and wildly variable scores, and numerous additional "IQ tests" which are nothing more than entertainment.

There is no way to know what an IQ score means unless you know the testing method used and its legitimacy.

Nope. Different sorts of intelligences. High IQ score does not guarantee that they know how to use it.
