YES, although most of the time I don't like it, especially when, as I live 3/10th of a mile from the main road and I can actually here someones base playing in the car.......they will go deaf...
but certain musicians, forms of music, just has to be played loud.........rock on..........
EDIT As a Brit who always lived in row housing and have been here for 15 years, on of the pleasures since building our own, detached (Brits will know) has been not having to worry about being heard by the neighbours.!!!!

I do love to have the music on, loud enough to hear it trough the house but so I don't disturb my music. I hate it though when I am in a cafe, pub or restaurant and the music is too loud you can't hear each other talking.

i'm in a semi-indifferent domicile, so no I don;t lmpay loud music at domicile. i attempt to comprehend my neighbours peace. in basic terms disappointing factor is, they do no longer seem to care approximately us! consistent battles regrettably. If i prefer to play loud music, i frequently save it for the motor vehicle as i'm no longer offending/frightening all and sundry there.

yeah but my neighbours are miserable t***s and they moan if i go up my stairs never mind play music. but they have their tv on so loud i can hear it thru my walls. cant wait til i have a detached house. cos then i dont care what anyone says. law says you can make noise between 8am and 10pm, so if i say the systme goes on 12 til 6 thats fair enough and if people dont like it they can kiss mine cos i've took enough crap and i dont bother no1 or even have it above half volume.
