Yes, it is just up the street about 4 blocks. That being said I would strongly recommend avoiding Greyhound at all costs. The company is in turmoil right now and the service very poor with crowded buses and zero customer service. As a better alternative Coach America provides service to southern California destinations and EL Paso Limo express provides bus service to California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico at better prices and with better service! For additional destinations Amtrak rail can be accessed at Kingman, AZ to the south via a thruway bus connection.

A map of downtown LV for you
http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/maps/downtowncasinos.cfm
The Greyhound station is just South of the Plaza(#2) and Fitzgeralds(#11) is at the East end of the Fremont Street Experience. It's around 1/2 mile from one to the other, it's an easy walk, even with roll along luggage, the sidewalk from the Greyhound station to the Plaza is nice and wide, you cross Main Street in front of the Plaza hotel to reach Fremont St. the sidewalks/walkways/curbs are designed to be wheelchair/pull along friendly, Fremont Street is a huge pedestrian(only) walkway.
If your bus gets into LV in the middle of the night and you're starving. There are a couple of very nice cafe's that serve greal meals for $3-$4
Binions "Original Coffee Shop" might be the most convenient for you. You will have to walk right past it on your way to Fitzgeralds, their "graveyard specials" run from 11pm-6am
I like the "Market Street Cafe" at California myself, but it would be a block out of your way. Their specials run from 11pm-9am - The 8oz NY steak special is very good and only $4 -
We go to LV 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks or more at a time and have for over 20 years. We just returned from a month(6/4 - 7/5) long stay in LV, 15 of those nights were downtown. Feel free to e-mail me through YA if you have any Q's

Can you call the bus station and ask them?
Or ask someone who works at Fitzgerald's?
Or go to http://www.mapquest.com/ and click on Directions at the top - type in the address of both places and it will give you the distance and the directions.

yeah it is... Ive stayed at the plaza hotel several times and the bus station is right next to the plaza's parking garage entrance... you can take freemont street (so you'll be entertained and it wont feel too far)all the way up to where the plaza hotel is - the bus station will be where the plaza's parking garage is to your left (coming from freemont street)
