I tell it like it is. It's harder, trying to shield stuff from people, cause they're just gonna find out in the end,, and it's cruel to demean them by pampering them. Respect them and just lay it out straight, but be gentle.

I tell it like it is. Straight up! It seems alot of people can't handle it either. I have been told time and time again I am too honest.....as if there is such a thing. Would people just really want me to lie or sugar coat it? I think that is dumb on their part.

I am brutally frank. And I have very few friends because of it.
The ones I DO have, are the ones that are strong enough to take life's truths and get stronger instead of whining. And I wouldn't WANT friends that like a sugar-coated life!

I prefer to tell it like it is because no one has ever sugar-coated anything for my benefit, and I feel that it is more beneficial to let people know "the real deal" than it is to BS them, especially if it is someone that you really care about.

I like to tell it like it is, but I try to be nice about it. I sometimes sugar coat things, like if someone was showing me the dream house that they had spent years buliding and I didn't like it, I might say something like, "Wow. It is so great that you were able to make your own house like this, and to have everything exactly the way you want it. I'm jealous."

I didn't say anything untrue, but nor did I attack them or gush about their house that I do not like, but it is likely that they will feel flattered.

Depends on the situation .... sometimes a little sugar is all that is needed to drive the point home!

I usually tell it like it is straight up although I have been told by people that I am mean in that way. Oh well sometimes the truth hurts.

too much sugar makes ppl hyper, just tell it like it is with respect and compassion.

It depends, if i like the person, and i feel they're sensitive or whatever....i'll say it the best way i know how. Other than that, straightforward.
