Arnold has been pretty good as Governor of Khalifornia but under the Constitution he can't be president even if he is the greatest governor in the world. He was not born in the US. It would take a Constitutional Amendment to make him eligable. That would probably take 5 to 10 years. It would require 2/3 majority of the states to approve of the change.

NO, It is against the Constitution as you have had to be born here! HE CAN'T RUN FOR PRESIDENT!!!
You want to vote for a deserter from the Austrian army?
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
(A person could be immediately after the adoption of the Constitution, but the ability to meet the 14 year requirement ended in the 15th year after the adoption of the constitution!

No. You have to have been born in america to be president. This is not a requirement for governor.
Section 1 of Article 2 of the U.S. Constitution states that a President must:
* be a natural born citizen of the united States
* be at least 35 years old
* have lived in the U.S. for at least 14 years

Arnold wasn't born in America so he can not be President. If he had been born as a US citizen outside of the US, then he could have been, but he was born Austrian.

Not unless there is an amendment to the Constitution. I doubt there will be one in time for Schwarzenegger to be president, not matter what "Demolition Man" says.

No. Not unless the Constitution of the United States is amended. I don't think it's likely in his lifetime.

Not without an amendment to the Constitution to allow nationalized citizens to hold the post. We didn't do it for Kissinger; I doubt we will do it for Schwartzenegger.
