I would have to say caring about what other people think about me. I remember when I was in High School I really cared about how my friends saw me.
Now I could really care what anyone thinks. I am Me. End of story and without apologies to anyone for it.

Pleasing everyone. You can't. Some people will like you, some won't. And it simply doesn't matter, because those that do are the ones who get YOU. And the ones who will stick by you in good and bad times. Life is too short to 'sweat the small stuff'. Just to be free and have fun........thats my goal now!!

Finding love. People are finding that they can be self sufficient and content by themselves. Used to be a time when being with someone was almost a requirement i.e. remember the term 'old maid' but now it's more common to be single and carefree.

How people think I look. That was a big deal once upon a time. I remember one time this dude, out of nowhere, tells me that he would never ask me out because I just look too "ethnic", was too tall and my boobs weren't big enough. I'd never met the dude before, wouldn't have wanted to date him, but I was still crushed. Now, my self-esteem isnt based on what other people think I look like. It's based on who I am, not just my appearance. And that part of it is based on what I think I look like. So it's pretty much rock-solid. Because I think I'm cute.

Going to parties and drinking. I used to plan a week in advance to go out and drink at parties. Now I could not care less about either one.

Celebrities not doing drugs or getting arrested. Now it seems like a new trend.
Morals. Nobody cares about your personal well being as long as your cute and easy.

Candy and junk food. When I would younger I craved it all the time. Now that I am older I crave less candy and junk food. Rather have a home cooked meal
