If giving Tylenol give .8ml (a full dropperful of concentrate) Go to your pharmacy or dr office and ask for a Tylenol dosage chart. Tape it inside a cupboard in your kitchen because it will come in so handy for quite awhile. This way even your husband can look it up if you would be gone. Motrin concentrated drops are the same dose if I remember right but the chart I have has Tylenol on one side and Motrin doses on the other.

I always give my son .8ml prior to getting the shots and then .8ml every 4 hours if needed. (At 4 months he was 13.5 lbs)

After the vaccinations at the doctors office they should have given you reading material on what shots were given and how to handle a fussy baby afterwards. It also tells you what signs to look for (side effects) and when to call the doctor.

If you are not sure your ped. office.

Call the doctor who gave her her shots. They will know because of her age and weight!

The bottle of tylenol will have the recommended dosage. Always go by babies weight, and not by age.

This is a question that should be asked of your pediatrician. Also, there are dosages listed on the bottles/boxes of Tylenol and Advil and such...

Please, if you are unsure, call the child's pediatrician.
