Possibly. What I would really like to see is "Hogwarts, a History," which Hermione has quoted so many times. It could be another charity fund-raiser book, like "Quidditch Through the Ages" and "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," which were fund-raisers a few years ago.

Not with all the main characters in, I don't think. Maybe she would write a little story with one of the characters (perhaps the adventures of a lesser known character) though, in a few years, perhaps for charity or something. Philip Pulman did something like that with 'Lyra and the Birds' after the His Dark Materials series (except, of course, Lyra was not a lesser known character! but you get my drift).

No way she would turn down the pay day for Potter: Next Gen. She set herself up for it with the conclusion of the last book, the kids. Sequels are coming, baby. You can bet yer boots!

No, but she is planning to write an encyclopedia on Harry Potter, and possibly Hogwarts: A History.

Honestly no, I don't. I think it is fairly obvious that the quality of her writing peaked a couple books back and I think she is a done deal. I don't think she has another book in her. Pax - C
